Returns & Refunds

The Short Version

If we got it wrong, we fix it free. If the size isn't right, we'll exchange it. We want you actually wearing this stuff, not stuffing it in a drawer.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

This one's on us. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it's simply not what you ordered, email unqlfdapparelco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with:

Your order number
A photo of the issue

We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice. You don't need to ship the item back to us.

Wrong Size

Our pieces run oversized and relaxed by design, so please check the size guide on the product page before ordering. If it still isn't right, we'll exchange it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and unwashed
Free of odors, stains, and pet hair
In its original condition

For size exchanges, you cover return shipping and we cover shipping the replacement back to you. Email us first for return instructions — please don't ship anything back without contacting us.

Change of Mind

Because every piece is printed to order, we can't accept returns simply for a change of mind. We're not able to resell a custom garment. We'd rather be straight with you about that than quietly bury it in fine print.

Cancelling an Order

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't entered production yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once printing has started we can't stop it, but the policies above still apply once it arrives.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post the credit within 5–10 business days of us issuing it, though the exact timing is up to your bank or card issuer.
