Shipping policy

How We Ship

Every UNQLFD piece is made to order. We don't hold pre-printed inventory in a warehouse, which means your garment is printed and finished specifically for you after you place your order. It adds a few days, and it's why we can offer this many colorways and sizes without cutting corners on quality.

Processing Time

2–5 business days. This is production — printing, quality check, and packing. You'll get a confirmation email the moment your order is received, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery Time

United States: 7–12 business days after shipping
Canada: 10–18 business days after shipping
International: 12–25 business days after shipping, depending on destination and customs

Total time from order to doorstep for most US orders: roughly 1 to 2 weeks. We'd rather tell you that up front than surprise you after checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the facility. If it's been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you haven't received tracking, email us at unqlfdapparelco@gmail.com and we'll find out what's going on.

Multiple Items

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages at different times. Different garments are sometimes produced on different lines. Nothing is missing — it's on the way.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we'll reship it once you cover the reshipping cost. If you catch the mistake early, email us immediately — if the order hasn't entered production yet, we can usually fix it for free.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but the package isn't there, check with neighbors and your building or mail room first, then contact your local carrier. If it still can't be located, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with you on a replacement.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, customs holds, and peak holiday volume are outside our control. We'll always help you track something down, but the delivery windows above are estimates, not guarantees.
